Un around to have tablet fixed

So I did an upgrade on the phone in dec 2013 to a tablet. This was done online. Yesterday I have been problems wit the tablet. So I took the tablet to the vodacare store in canal wlk told me she can't help me. She tells me to call 0821959 which I do and they refer me bk to the store. All I want to knw is hw can I get this tablet fixed
