Cash Converters Southern Africa
Blocked Samsung Tablet

Hi Guys

Please help me, i bought a samsung galaxy tablet P5100, in 09 July 2013.
Now this tablet is now network blocked, it was blocked on the 28.09.2013

I took it back to the shop (Cash converters) to explain what happened and they must get hold of the owner who sold the tablet to them. The owner of Cash Converters Cape Town told me that i must take it to the Pakistians guys, they will unblock it for me, he said i must carry that extra cost to pay, he said there was no guarantee on the tablet moreso i asked him that why must i go through that channel as if i bought something from the street? to my surprise he told me that was not his problem and he can't help ONLY Pakistians guys can.

Samsung Service cannot help me also, i have all the receipts i bought from Cash Converters!

i am now wondering does Cash Converters as a registered company pay the guys to gadgets on the street! Why one of the store assistant told me that they are selling even phones and they will tell the customers that this phone is, and they are blocked on networks

Please help me what must i do??
