PATHETIC SERVICE

Firstly my contracts expired, so I went to the clear water mall shops to close them and reopen new accounts. I was told at the first store, the small one next to the food court that they can not do nothing, I must call 808 and ask for customer retentions, which I did 1hour and 40 minutes holding on the line and I get cut off. So I went to the second store for help, to my amazement all the staff stand around doing nothing, and no one wants to help I eventually walked up to one of the staff, and he pretends to be checking stock all of a sudden, any how I let him have it and stormed out the store. I am sick to Death with MTN's pathetic service and I want all my contracts cancelled immediately. I will not wait another 2 hours to try and get through. I will cancel all my debit orders and destroy the sim card, Vodacom here I come. PS I have kept proof of all my attempts to rectify my contracts will provide with pleasure
