Good day..
i have several problems with 2 contracts that i renewed with cell c from inception. both contracts are exactly the same bt i am being billed differently for them. i have contacted cell c, spoke to staff including team leaders and it seems like never seem to be able help you or dont know what they have been trained to do or how to assist a customer. it is very frustrating. i want these 2 contracts cancelled immediately. i rather deal with vodacom or mtn, whom i also have 2 other contracts. any issues i may have had with vodacom or mtn were always resolved immediately but with cell c every month i need to call and find out whats going on with my billing. a straight up top up contract that suppose to be consistant, varies month on month, this is ridiculous. sort this account out immediately, if your'l cant do that then cancel this contract with immediate effect.
