I took out two contracts by vodacom two years ago of which it expired last month. About a month before the expiration date I went into the Branch to stop the contracts, meaning that the last payment should have been April 2013, but my account was again debited this month (May 2013). When I called the branch they said that one of the contracts was never stopped, or moved over to pre-paid while I was told the day I was in the store that both my contracts was moved over successfully to pre-paid. The lady that assisted me over the phone said the only way for them to reverse the debit was if I can provide proof that my contracts was moved to pre-paid, where as proof of this was never given to me and only showed on screen, which I accepted and never thinking that something like could have happened.
Will definitely move to a different carrier!!!
