We upgraded 1 of our Vodacom contracts on Wed, firstly the trainee helping us doesn't know what he's doing, he terminated the old contract and opened a new one instead of upgrading, then there was an error on the sim card that's Vodacom's fault but between the store and customer care I've been told 10 different things, no-one will take responsibility. This is now the 4th day we sit and wait for Vodacom to provide a decent service! Clearly we're asking for way to much. Pathetic as per usual, what did I expect?
