No stock - no phone but pay more

Two weeks ago we went to the store to upgrade 3 contracts. Got great service and the staff was helpful. Left with no phone but already decided on bigger contracts and phones as written down by the vodacom store owner and consultant. The price was R499 for a samsung galaxy note 2 on top up 400 S. Stock were to arrive during the week according the the store owner because if not business as usual could not continue. 4 days went by and i drove /- 15km to the store just to be dissapointed because they had no phone deliveries. I was told they would arrive the next day yet again the next day I left with NO phone. A week went by, got a call that ONE of the three phone was delivered. We had to wait quite a while for assistance. Yet when offered the prices had gone up and now we have to pay /- R100 more on a contract. This is unacceptable we chose contract deals to fit our pockets two weeks ago. The store didn't have stock so now we have to pay more because they didn't have the phones we wanted and now the deals had gone up. We have 4 vodacom contracts for over 10 years now this is very dissapointing.
