I started with Cell C at Centurion Mall and got two Data Packages - R99 for 2GB. In the store I ensured when signing the contracts that I placed on both contracts a R50 limit should I exceed the 2GB.
So since the debit orders went off they were unable to correctly debit me. I have been calling, referred, reference numbered for more that 2 months and today I have had the last straw as they AGAIN wrongly debited me. The maximum that can be deducted for both contracts are R300 right?.. so each month it has been: R610 - DOUBLE of what it should be! And what do I get... I have to call them! So eventually I received feedback that they will credit my account, JUST to be chared R610 again this month! Credit? What credit?
This is pathetic, and I want to cancel my contract without any further obligations ASAP! Please note that your customer service stinks and I have not yet received any calls back... I had to call your customer service line every single time! So not only do you charge me too much, you are costing me airtime!
I expect someone to send me a written apology with all the necessary documents so that this contract can be cancelled. You are now breaching the contract!
