BROKEN SAMSUNG GALAXY S3

Ive sent my samsung S3 in twice because it wont charge at all, the charging port is broken, the first time i had to pay about R2000 to fix the screen in order for them to fix it and when i recieved it back it was not fixed, i sent it in again and was still brokenwhen i got it back... it was in for 6wks both times! now i have taken it in again an have been told it will take another 7-14 days! i feel that the 3rd time taking it in for the same probsem they should juat replace my phone.
