Shockingly poor signal & frustrating service

I've had terribly poor signal in Hermanus. Day in and day out, problems connecting to the internet. Slow speed, lack of signal, etc. I have logged a call with the Call Centre about a month ago. This was forwarded to Network Support who does not get back to me unless I call to follow up. And each phone call to the Call Centre is running up my phone bill.
Then they (Network Support) sms's the 3G card number, not my cell number (!) - simply to say 'we're still working on the problem'. Well, a month later still no resolution. They have never contacted me to give me any more feedback or to visit my house to find out what the with problem is (which is what I was told they would do weeks ago!).
In addition, have had endless problems with Call Centre who keeps losing my logged queries. This has happened 4 times! They can never find the previous call or query log in their system!
The inefficiency & incompetence is shocking. It eventually reduced me to tears because I get absolutely nowhere with Cell C. They can't find a record of my call log. Network Support never gets back to me or solves the problem. And a month later I am still battling!!! Don't know what else to do. Beyond frustrated
