I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 and in February this year i managed to crack the glass on my phones screen, I had this repair and as far as i was aware my phone was back to normal. Last week Thursday it looked as if there was sand between my phone and the cover i use to protect my phone. After looking closer i realised it was not sand. My phone glass crumbled around the entire phone. It look like small cracks around the whole phone. I never bumped my phone or anything. I looked like the phone screen deteriorated and the glass was poor quality. I then called Samsung and they advised me that I would be supprised if i knew the generic parts they use to fix phone these days. So my phone is not fixed to the original samsung quality. Wow what a JOKE. I had such a high standard of Samsung but now i have gone and lost all faith in their product. I have to claim from my insurance to fix a phone that was replaced with $%$#@ quality parts. Thats really says what type of comapny Samasung really is.
Samsung My phone is broken and this is not due to any fault from my side. I need my phone fixed as this was a bad quality repair. How do restore my faith in Samsung?
