POOR SERVICE

I have a Samsung Galaxy S 3 phone that I have handed in for not charging on the 02/11/12. It came back and I handed it in on 01/11/12 for the same problem. It came back and I handed it in on the 15/01/13 for the same problem. It came back and I handed it in on 18/04/13 for the same problem. I have phoned Samsung and they told me that I the phone was send for 3 times for the same problem they will replace the phone. My problem is that the phone was never at Samsung for repairs before, Vodacom fixed It. I had the phone at user electronics and they told me that the socet for the charger is loose on the phone. Vodacom just do a software upgrade every time the phone went in. I need some one to phone me about this POOR POOR SERVICE!!!
