Hi,

I started to get problems with my Samsung Galaxy S4, when I want to take a picture the phone freezes and then reboots so I took the phone in to Samsung Customer Center at Constantia Park after a few minutes they said its the main board they have to replace same, a week later they received stock and my main board was fitted the same night the phone did the same so I took it back and then they replaced the screen as well as the camera. Two days later and the same problem but this time when it rebooted it went into safe mode so all my play store apps was gone, so I took the phone back and they said they cant replace the phone at the customer centre but they can print an assessment for Vodacom so they can replace the unit because this is going on for to long. On Saterday I took the phone to Cresta vodacare and they booked it in and I gave them the document that samsung gave to me 2 hours later I received a sms and the phone is finished so I phoned them bad attitude and said they only did software on the phone! Samsung did software on the phone two times they even printed an assessment, personally I think they did not read the document as on the bottom it says EXCHANGE! Help...?
