On Wednesday 25 June, after struggling to get my screen replaced for 2 weeks due to bad service from this branch, I finally complained to a manager named Kerry who kindly had my screen replaced immediately after my my call. Samsung should not be offering this service if they are never equipped with stock. Since the screen was replaced, at times the touch is not picked up, the screen freezes where not even the back button works, and above all the picture will smudge and be pixelated. While using my phone with the broken screen, this never happened. I have always been a Samsung fan, and have always been one of the first to get the latest samsung, but this kind of service is extremely off putting to me. I would like my phone fixed by Samsung.
