I purchased the above on 2013/12/16. I enjoyed the use of the phone for two weeks until it was booked in for repairs at Vodacom Menlyn on 2014/01/05. The screen was cracked and some of the applications did not work properly. The camera's functions did not work properly, I did not receive calls, etc. The phone was handed to me on 2014/01/20 as fixed. It was far from fixed. it would switch on and only go to the Samsung screen and nothing else. I went to Samsung in Garsfontein and they did all the tests and assured me that the mainboard "went". And on such a new phone I should be handed a new phone. I was on my way to Port Elizabeth and Samsung Pretoria was in contact with PE to replace the phone. When I arrived in Port Elizabeth on 2014/01/23 I went to Samsung, and strangely nobody knew about the arrangement. Now apparently it takes two weeks to replace the phone and a panel of 3 people needs to approve this. Andrew assured me that my phone would be fixed within 2 days. Now, after 4 days they tell me that the part only arrived today but the IMEI system is still off and has been for the past 2 weeks. How can he assure me that my phone would be fixed within 2 days? etc et
