97% but not in Northcliff, Sandton and Sunninghill

I moved to Cell C at the beginning of 2013.The sales agent assured me that Cell C was expanding and that their old problems are gone. What a load of RUBBISH! I work in Sunninghill and live in Northcliff and I sometimes go hours without getting signal in both areas.
I get smses from 144 of phone calls I have missed due to lost signal, sometimes hours later. Phone calls drop, and I cannot be heard clearly. I am spending more money calling people back.
I can't use my FNB app as I am unable to get signal. The other night I hired a movie off DSTV and I was unable to connect to pay. Watsapp messages are not sent and received timely. Last week Saturday whilst in Sandton City a phone call dropped and 2 people complained that my phone went to voicemail.
I have complained about the signal to Cell C directly. I got an sms from a technician to say they can't get hold of me. Probably because I have no signal!
I enquired about cancelling the contract but they told me that it is R1500 cancellation fee, and I must pay the rest of the contract upfront, a total cost of R8, 500.I wish I could go back to MTN, I really did have signal 'everywhere' I went, it is worth the extra few cents per minute.
