I have converted from vodacom to cell c because of the great rates cell c offers, but After a few days i have had the phone, i didn't have any luck getting to my colleges with any signal At my house or work so i can not use the data or the air time i have to my advantage, so currently i am paying for something i cant use, when signal does get to my phone i get an sms's that i had 27 missed calls. Some time even when i am on my phone calls drop 3 to 4 times before i can talk normally, i have so meany complaints from customers telling me my voice breaks up and they can not get hold of me. The 26 aug i just could not take it any more so i logged a call to cell c to come out to my house to show me where i can get signal, since the. Nobody phoned me to help me, yesterday i phoned again to asks for a status update and they said there is no update on the system, they said they will phone me the very next day, still i am waiting... I am at the point to stop my contract an move back, plz help me cell c needs to look at the signal they have it is very very bad
