I went over to Cell C from beginning Sep 2013, their marketing was excellent and deals good.
Ever since that I've regretted that I ported from Vodacom to Cell C.
Since the porting my signal is very bad in the areas where I live, especially Blackheath (Cresta) and Chartwell (weekends).
Most nights it shows I have 3G BUT people cant get thru to me, phone goes straight to voicemail, whatsapps don't go thru either way, calls get dropped almost every time, I cant go onto FB as it says no internet connection found.
The only place I have good signal is in Randburg at my work, having said that I do have wifi there...
Cell C has this advert saying how many towers they built which is complete false advertising as my signal has never been this bad in the 14 years I had a cell phone contract.
What are you going to do about this as I'm sure this is breach on contract from your side?
