Please can you guys sort out the Cell C signal in the Wilgeheuwel area. I've complained a couple of times at branches, but I always get told that towers are put up and signal will get better.
But nothing is happening.
I cannot log on to the Internet and can hardly receive or make calls.
If there is an emergency, people cannot get through to me. Cannot even get a whatsapp message delivered.
What's the use of having a smart phone, when almost all the features will not work because of bad signal.
I have been a customer of Cell C for about 10 / 11 years, and do enjoy the network, but this bad signal will cause myself and a few friends to port to another provider, with literally, 100% better signal.
Please sort out Cell C...
