Poor Service and response Time

MTN is pathetic, I tried opening and account with MTN and later found out I had money owing since 2010 and despite me disputing this I paid this money so that I could close off the previous account and receive the new account not to hear that I have to wait 30 days just to close off an account.

The staff are incompetent as they all tell you the same thing and the supervisor Shane Williams is never available. All I requested was some sort of proof from them so that I did not need to wait 30 days for me to apply for a new contract with MTN.

Really pathetic, I am sorry but MTN does not come close to VODACOM, far more superior in terms of service.

If I stayed with Vodacom I could of had my contract within 2 days, It took MTN 8 days to tell me if my contract was rejected or approved.
