Can not close my account after contract ended

To Whom It May Concern,

My contract is finished and I would like to close the account. Not one branch is able to help me close it. I have to phone their 082 number but after 3 attempts at over 25mins each time the call cuts off. Nobody wants to help. Normally I have had good service but because they are loosing one contract they don't care about helping me.

If I don't get sorted out I will close the rest of the accounts I have with them. 3x business phones and 3x personal phones.

Please sort this out.
