Vodacom is not fair and so angry and sad about how

Very dissapointed with vodacom and this is the second comlain that im having and nothing was done, i had 2 account at vodacom at first i was adviced by the to pay 5, 872.86 for both accounts i then payed from there i was today that it was for one account (0768781597) then they said for the second number (0766162806) to be closed i must pay 1515 i have done then and sent them prove so know when i ask them to close my account because im done paying they say im owing 450rand which is not fair then i told them but i was adviced by one of the agent at vodacom to pay that amount they said they made a mistake apology for that ok well i then asked them to send me prove that shows that im owing 450rand the supervisor said she will send it i must check after 2 days or so i didn't receive anything i then phone again they told me the same story, this is not fair my contract was cancelled i'm no longer getting airtym but account is not closed and they say i'm owing 450, im very sad and dissapointed i will like to take this further, i even have prove of payments with me no one told me about 450 before paying the other amount ai no
