Can you please close this account on ITC

I am not happy with the status that vodacom has recorded on my ITC report. For December they recorded 30 days outstanding of which December I paid them their money in full but right now when I check my report they recorded that January is 30 days outstanding of which I don't understand because my contract ended December 2013 can you please clear my record and close this account on ITC because I want nothing to do with vodacom
