Poor quality handsets

But now I have had the phone for 6 days and it is already broken.
I went to mtn head office yesterday to complain about the fact that you sold me a broken phone.

They told me that I need to send my phone in to get a replacement, Ill have to wait 2 week for the replacement.
They cant give me a phone directly from the store because I did my contract thru mtn direct.

This how ever does not suite me. ill give the old phone when I get the new one. otherwise ill cancel the contract.

I am not going to pay for a phone I can not use.
Also I am not interested in a discount. Its is ridiculous. That I have to be without a phone for 2 weeks, even for a day because the quality of your products are extremely poor.

After I complained at head office. I got a call from mtn within an hour I was so impressed. I was disappointed by the fact that they where only calling to confirm my banking details.

Seems they just want my money and not customers satisfaction.

Please pay some attention to this.
