NO SERVICE FROM AUTOPAGE!!!

On the 3rd July 2013, I suspended the use of my SIM card for my ipad after finding out how high my account was. I then went into the East London, Beacon Bay branch to sort out why my account was so high and requested itemized billing for the months of May, June, July 2013. At the end of July, I was then sent an account for R3524.50 for the month of July 2013, but my SIM card was not in use at this time, therefore it is IMPOSSIBLE my account could be R3524.50. I requested itemized billing again through the branch office, and put through a request on the Autopage Helpdesk as well. It has been 5 weeks since my first request, I have been into the Beacon Bay branch over and over again, I have logged requests on the Autopage website, and I have called into Autopage numerous time for help and I STILL do not have itemized billing! Autopage keeps blaming Vodacom, however, Vodacom say that they are able to provide this information right away upon request. I took this account with Autopage therefore it is Autopage's responsibility to provide me with this information in a timely manner. It is my right as a consumer to itemized billing and url information to see what I am being charged for!
