Not happy!!

I got my new Blackberry Z10 in July 2013. I then started having some problems with my phone dew to the fact that it switches off and on by itself and I have to put my pin in again. I use my phone for work and this got me in a lot of trouble! In November I send my phone in for repairs and they send it to their Head Office. I got my phone back after three weeks. I have not had my phone back for three weeks and it does the same thing again. I went to the Vodashop again today and they said they would have to send it back to Head Office. This means I will be without my phone for atleast another three weeks. They will not replace my phone nor give me a loan phone. I am very unhappy and this is a very big inconvience for me!!! How do they think I must do my job without a phone???
