I PURCHASED ABLACKBERRY 9900 ON CONTRACT FROM THE GLEN ABOUT 3 WEEKS BACK, I TOOK THE PHONE HOME AND BROUGHT IT THE NEXT DAY AS THE KEYPAD WAS NOT WORKING . THE GLEN CELL C BOOKED THE PHONE IN ON THE 18 MARCH, I HAVE VISTITED THE STORE WIOTHIN THE FIRST 7 DAYS AND THEY DID NOT GET THE CERTAIN "NUMBER" TO ALLOCATE A REFUND OF A NEW PHONE . SOME WHAT PATIENTLY I DECIDED TO WAIT AND WENT BACK IN THE NEXT WEEK AND WAS TOLD THAT IT IS OUT OF STOCK AND WAITING FOR DELIVERY, I VISIT THE STORE TO CHECK ON IT BUT THEY STILL NEVER DELIVER . I SPOKE TO THE MANAGER TODAY AND HE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND EXPLAINED THAT HEAD OFFICE STILL NEVER DELIVER . ALL I CAN SAY IS HEAD OFFICE SERVICE, THIS IS THE SECOND EXPERIENCE WITHIN 1 MONTH AND BOTH WERE DUE TO POOR SERVICE . I AM HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED AT THE FACT THAT THERES NO PHONE BUT IM STILL ON THE BILLING SYSTEM... MORE LIKE I HAVE TO PAY FOR SOMTHING IM NOT USING .
