Seriously me off now!!!

I sent a complaint on Monday about my phone which is always coming back from repairs more broken than fixed and not just once but TWICE. I was called by some inefficient guy, not sure of his name, who tells me I must follow, "Protocol." Something I refuse to do because I did it the first two times. Then he doesn't even have the decency to call me back and sort out my problem, I dunno maybe he feels his done so can now log it on hello peter as an answered report. Today I call head office, because the phone is clearly broken, the manager at head office isn't answering, the call centre says I must call the branch, they are refusing to cancel the contract despite the phone being broken (but are easily sucking my money each month out of my account), despite the inconvenience they are refusing to pick the phone up from me and the online service centre promised to give my situation immediate attention but still nothing is being done. Additionally they refuse to give me a sealed phone as the phone is still under warranty so as to relieve my grievances. Please note I'm not finished autopage, I will continue sending these complaints every 5 days until you sort me out immediately!
