After taking out a cellphone contract with Elite Mobile, my bank account has now been debited with an amount of R62.50 which is for fonesure. To the best of my knowledge, I did not ask for it. Trying to connect with one of their consultants was unsucsesfull as there was no consultants available at the time. I want to find out if the fonesure can be cancelled and the money returned to my account please. The number the contract was taken out on is 0827819783.
Their co operation in this regard will be highly appreciated.
