Dont buy Blackberry Q5 from Vodacom

I recently purchased a blackberry Q5, it worked for the first couple of weeks and just stopped working once I downloaded the a new version of the software. I now do not get sms, call and battery is fire hot all the time.

I tried to book it into the Nelson Mandela square service centre but got bad service all round. The staff does not offer solutions, they are not equipped with the right knowledge cannot assist the client and proceed too tell you have their processes influence the client.

The issue is that I wanted to book in my phone for repairs, the replacement phones that are given are not the equivalent to what I have. If I book in a BlackBerry I want a blackberry as a replacement phone. I bought the phone from Vodacom, Blackberry is the supplier and they should have the relevant agreements in place. I will take this further as it is unacceptable.

The Sandton repairs branch (Abdul's team - including himself) offer bad service and needs to be addressed as well.
