Just spent my afternoon in a queue to book my blackberry in for not holding a charge/ over heating and with a battery life of under an hour. But i wasn't alone! including myself there was 5 people in the line with the same issue... coincidence? i think not. Now i have to pay for a new battery that looks like is a standard defect on the blackberry phones! I would like someone from blackberry to explain this too me please and give me an explaination.
