Incompetent Manage

I took a contract out in April and requested that a prepaid number be converted into a contract.
It's now August four months later and my request is still not done!!! I'm not able to us the contract, yet EVERY month with out fail my account is debited for a service that's not rendered!!! I have made countless visit to the store to find out what's happening and still nothing is done. The store manager (Abel) keeps making empty promises, promising to call and give me feedback and they can't even get this right. I have never dealt with such incompetent bunch of individual, especially at managerial level!!! If you can't provide the service I need, stop taking my money!!
