Breach of Contract

I had written to Hellopeter sometime last month regarding my contract with MTN, to which i got a response saying that my billing has been sorted. unfortunately I recently received a Statement advising me that I owe MTN R418.89, Instead of R369.00 Agreed payable amount for the contract. Since February 2013 MTN has been over-charging me. Today I received the following message" Yello, overdue account warning. Please pay R418.89 to avoid service suspension." MTN has violated my rights as a consumer and have been overcharging my personal account without my consent, which can be constituted as due to negligence.

Please see below one of the respondent from MTN:
Good day Ipfi Nekhubvi,

Thank you for emailing MTNSP.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused in this regard.

Kindly be advised that according to our records, the account was credited with R78.00 for the 75MB data bundle which was not allocated for both February and March 2013, and another credit of R8.00 was passed for CLI which was not discounted.
Please note that the package has been rectified.
