Incorrect billing

Please see my previous post.

After the previous incident where you deducted R2291.99 at the end of February I was informed that I was incorrectly billed on my data usage and refunded R1560.87.
I was then credited with a "75 mb" data bundle..

This month I was debited R1263.00? again way too much (that after I made sure that I use as little data as possible after the last debacle)

Pls. guys, check my contract. Yes, that's right CONTRACT, not "pay as you go" where you are screwing customers with Black Berry's out of BIS. My CONTRACT included BIS, not a "75mb data bundle package"

Please rectify this and refund me for all the other months where you have been screwing me.

If you cannot honor the CONTRACT that we entered into please terminate the contract from your side as I am keeping my part of the deal by paying you but you are not keeping your side of the deal by providing me with service/ benefits and cost that was agreed upon.
