I had the same problem in July (reported to Hellopeter under the same headline) and now again in August. I am not receiving my data as per the contract signed. I have been over charged last month because some added the data as a value added service. I have requested a credit for the over charge.
In a conversation with Shuaib (Bluff Branch Manager) on 25/06/2013, I was assured that the data will be recurring as part of the contract but this is still NOT THE CASE!
On 20/08/2013, I spoke to Freddie Simelane, Ref. No. A13061886, who stated that the retentions department had to confirm the contract with the branch. Every month from the time I upgraded my contract, I called the customer care line and was told the exact same thing but nobody is rectifying the problem.
I received an e-mail from Najma Moosa of Autopage, as follows:
Good day
Please be advised that we have confirmed that you will receive your data allocation on a recurring basis henceforth.
Kindly note that a credit of R300.00 (including vat) was passed on your account for the inconvenience caused and services received.
