I bought a phone last year from MTN Direct in July 2012, the contract agreement was R369.00pm. On the contract it included a 75MB service which has been always discounted off my invoice every month. But Since February 2013 the service has been included in my invoice. They have been doing this from Febraury up to now, I have lodged so many complaints but they keep telling me they will escalate the problem. In this past 5 months my billing is a follows; February R425.99, March R405.99, April R470.69 and May R405.99.
I have been to the Northgate MTN stores for more than 3 times explaining the same problem, they even charge me for the BIS service which they are not offering anymore.
