Credit Note Date : 12/03/2013

Credit Note Number: 34400757 is not reflecting on account dated 1 May 2013 and received by me today! I am also still charged on the tariffs of the expired agreement and I am now referring the matter to the consumer board.
It does not reflect payment of R300.00 in April 2013.
On 7 May I got a POP-UP message that my data bundle of 3G for May is finished which is TOTALLY IMPOSSIBLE!!!
Message since beginning of may that device does not recognise the modem. Same PC - Nothing changed!
