How many phone calls must I make and emails must I send before someone gets back to me? One person phones last Thursday, leaves a message that they will call again, and I never hear another word?

Please refer below and the reference number above for details of my 2 queries and respond at your earliest convenience. PLEASE!

Order E0284400 (Jul 31, 2013). Airtime for 3G card nr 0715690303 purchased which needs to be converted to a data bundle as it is for use in my iPad, not as a phone.

And PLEASE can I have my monthly statement. Why do I have to ask for it every month?
