On the 14th January 2014 I sent my staff to purchase a R150 1 gig data bundle from the Vodashop at the Pavilion. The staff there namely nolutando told him that they donot sell that value data bundle and proceeded to ring up a R159 bundle which is only 500 mb. It was loaded onto my ipad. When he got back I tried to rectify the error immediately and went to the store myself. Another staff member told me he would sort it out so I left it at that. A few hours later they send my till slip back to me with the change saying that there is nothing they can do. This is the second time I had a bad experience in that store. So does Vodacom pavilion customers money so that they could make extra profit for that store. I am a sales manager at game and we also sell airtime that can be converted to data. I only shop there because of convenience. Honestly all but one of the staff there need to be fired or retrained. The only reason I went back was because of one staff. I think his name is Oz. To be quite honest I might even change to cellc. So disappointed and disgusted.
