On 2 occassions i have bought MTN R10 and MTN R2, the MTN 10 mahala airtym does not exist as according to MTN you have to use up the entire R10 before the free R5 kicks in now, yes they said T&C's apply but they did not notify anyone that they made amendments to this scheme which is ILLEGAL to say the least. ICASA will know about this soon enough.
On a separate occassion i topped up with R25 airtime and i did not receive my mahala airtime what the is that and the call center has the nerve to tell me that i must call back in 2 hours their system was mulfunctioning HUH you can't tell me what happened to my airtime??? I need my airtime back or i am dumping MTN.
