Needed a data bundle for my iPad 3 and chose 8ta because of the free airtime and other extras promised when purchasing 8ta airtime, bought a data bundle and then couldn't use it because their sim cards don't all work in iPad, had to wait 2 weeks to get a special sim card to work in iPad but that after 2 hours in a branch tryin to make them understand that the card was not working in the iPad an d it was no possible fault of mine, hours spent explaining to different call centre agents my problem not forgetting the countless emails. Despite all the inconvenience and unnecessary cost incurred due to their simcards not being able to work in the iPad 3 which is already around for 2 years all I got was an email saying they were sorry for the inconvenience, what about the free airtime and data which expired in the time their Simcard couldn't work in the iPad all due to the outdated technology they are using. After sending an email asking if I was ever going to get a response or if I would just be ignored I was told that I'm a i wasn't suppose to have the free airtime I claimed but I still have the SMS to prove it which I sent to them but still no response! dont waste your time or $$$
