IPad Application - Bundle purchase failure

A few days ago I had used the iPad 8ta Application to load airtime onto my account (R150), and then I used the same app to purchase a data bundle. I do this once or twice a month. It will then say "Bundle purchase successful"... I then turned my connection off and then on again to start using the bundle.

I started surfing and using my iPad. BUT to find that the very next morning Im told that my airtime is finished. So I check my app, and I have no airtime and no bundle?!

I called in to 8ta and Im told that they see I loaded airtime, but I didnt buy bundle, so I used up all the airtime as data over night. "Sorry for the inconvenience"

Maybe I should have double checked. But I do this so often that when it says "Bundle purchase successful" it has always been successful.

Has there been any other reports of this happening to anyone else, cause I cant be the only person that has lost out like this?
