I have 3 top up contracts. Every month I log into my vodacom account and I select the number for example top up 275 is one of them then I go to buy bundles I select once off and then choose the bundle for the amount of airtime I have then it converts the top up amount to the data bundle I want. This I did for all my top up numbers. Now suddenly it states just before I buy this amount will be added to your monthly bill and can't be taken from your airtime, why??? This is stupid so the call centre said I must put it in a phone and dial *111# and buy there and it will work! Well done all those top ups is normal SIM cards and my phone takes a micro sim, must I cut up my sim cards to fit in my phone??? Use your brain!! Vodacom changes things to make a customers life difficult??? This worked perfectly on the site and from October I can't and the call centre can't even convert the airtime to data. That's stupid!!! That aside I have a 3gig data contract I use in my iPad, I want to check the bundle but the vodacom site says no data info so what I must phone the call centre every time I need to check how much data I have, thats bull and really customer service!!!
