This is my fifth attempt to contact MTN regarding an issue I have had (since last week Monday) where I had around R150.00 airtime, 25 /- SMSes and 1GB of data in a data bundle (which I bought outside of my contract).
I was not getting messages via applications which required data, couldn't send SMSes and could not make calls so I checked (which I had done a day before - where I saw I had the above mentioned balances) and everything was 0.
I tried to get help from MTN on Twitter and received no response to only my compliant. I went onto Facebook and was answered and was told to call a number, which I did where they promised to give back my data (which costs around R280.00). That was Thursday last week. I still have not got the data back!
Why? What is going on? Why have they not kept their word. I was promised that it would be loaded back into my account before the end of Thursday. I am fed up and so frustrated by the way they treat me. I have been a paying client giving them in the range of R1000 a month for over 8 years now - this is disgusting and unacceptable!!
