To me a call centre for a mobile company should be open 24/7, you never know when a person will need to use their phone in an emergency and something may be wrong. I am trying to get hold of the customer care now and the narrator voice tells me "Sorry system cant provide the service for you now, thank you for calling, Goodbye" I think this is a load of. I have free minutes on my phone but I cannot use them... am I paying for???
