We took out a new vodacom contract through Altech at Vodaworld and got the Samsung S4 mini on Thursday, the consultant said to me my contract will be activated within 24 hours, when i got home I realised that i needed a micro SIM card, which the consultant at Altech failed to tell me, so i went back on Friday to do a sim swap and realised that the consultant enter my number incorrect, so the contract was set on a different number, I than gave my correct number to him, did the sim swap and he said again my contract will be activated within 24 hours, 24 hours passed and my contract was not activated, we went back to vodaworld and the consultant told us that the department which need to fix this "problem" is not there over weekends and will only be able to sort it out on Monday, its now Monday and I am still waiting for my contract to be activated
