Cancel the contract and refund my money

I recently needed to do a sim swap and called to activate my sim that I had bought from Vodacom only to be told I had a contract with RMCS. I was given a number to contact but unfortunately was unsuccessful as it was not within their office hours. I then proceeded to send an email requesting cancellation to Sajeda as I picked up the email address on the website. I went to Edgars Active at Edendale mall on Sunday and spoke to the a gentleman who went onto the system and advised that the contract has been cancelled but I then advised him that Vodacom has asked me to contact RMCS as I was still on contract. On Monday 25/11 contacted RMC and was told in 24 to 48 hours a letter would be sent to me. The letter was faxed to me on Tuesday and I went to Vodacom to activate but was told needed to purchase another sim card for R62. Which I did but this did not work after 4 hours as promised. On Wednesday now frustrated went to Vodacom and it was activated. I then realised that the micro sim card they gave me was a contract card meaning I cannot purchase airtime. I had a prepaid sim previously with freedom to purchase airtime and all this cancelled immediately and my R62 refunded.
