Blackberry Q5 what a disappointment

I recently decided to purchase a blackberry Q5 as my second phone (Friday 5th July 2013). The initial disappointed started at point of sale when I wanted to purchase accessories like a case and screen protector but nothing was available. Only a week later was accessories available so for almost a week my phone stayed at home because I was afraid to damage my new phone without any cover or screen protector. Furthermore I couldn't use my phone for almost 2 days when I received it due to the fact that I needed to do a sim swop because the Q5 uses a micro sim. In my opinion the phone is a rather expensive phone and it disappointing that you only get the standard cheap headphones with the phone, my standard headphones that came with my Samsung are much better than the Blackberry ones. The keyboard is rather noisy every time you type and seems rather cheap. The range of application on Blackberry app world is rather limited & disappointing. I expected better from a company that is trying to regain market share, I really thought that BB10 would be a step forward however from my experience it a complete disappointment.
