New Nano SIM card still not activated

I got a new contract phone on Tuesday and my contract subscription was activated on my current Micro SIM card on my old iPhone 4. The new iPhone 5S uses a Nano SIM which Vodacom sent me. But that Nano SIM is still not activated. I have waited the 24 hours I was told to wait for but still nothing. It was supposed to be done with manual activations with a SIM swap and they said it takes 24 hours.

If you cannot fix this today I have no choice but to cancel this contract because I have a phone that I'm currently not able to use.
