Here's the just of it - I did a SIM swap at 09:30 at your store in the Centurion Mall on Saturday, 24 August 2013. 24 Hours later, the SIM had not yet been activated, so I went back to the store. The consultant told me the activation was pending, and initiated the process again. Guess what? By 10:00 on Monday, 26 August 2013, the activation had still not taken place, so I called the Call Centre. Another 24 hours have passed, and my service is still not active. SO, TO SUM IT UP - AFTER 72 HOURS AND NUMEROUS FALSE PROMISES, I AM STILL UNABLE TO USE MY PHONE. I HAVE BEEN A LOYALCUSTOMER OF YOURS FOR 14 YEARS, BUT I GUARANTEE THAT IF I AM NOT ABLE TO USE MY CELL BY 10:00 THIS MORNING, I WILL CANCEL MY CONTRACT WHEN IT IS DUE. SORT THIS OUT!!!
